aka “Mancation”
WHY SHOULD THE GALS HAVE ALL THE FUN? Gentlemen also enjoy spending time doing “guy” things with like-minded men. Getting away from the pressures of business, cell phones and Blackberries, a retreat is the perfect opportunity for male bonding camaraderie.
High in the mountains, on 140 acres of private land backing up to the Cherokee National Forest, the Lodge on Iron Mountain in conjunction with the Iron Mountain Inn has put together a program for men only: fathers and sons, brothers, friends, golfing buddies, business associates, poker buddies (we have an official poker table), etc.
The basic package includes
- Your room for two nights
- Full 3 course breakfast each morning, afternoon refreshments
- 4 course dinner on arrival night (with complimentary wine or beer)
- The bottomless cookie jar filled with chocolate chip cookies.
The rate per room is: $575.00 plus tax.
For additional nights, the rate is $185.00 per room plus tax.
For 6 guests at the Lodge on Iron Mountain, each man will have his own bed (4 will share two rooms) complete with en suite tiled baths with shower and whirlpool tub, 2 baths also have steam showers, and 3 rooms have balconies overlooking the mountains. King, Twin and Queen beds provide a good night’s rest. Fruit, snacks and chocolate in each room keep the nighttime hunger pangs away.
Now, what will you do while you are in the mountains? Working with Vikki Woods, the owner of the Lodge, choose as many as you want among the following activities:
- Bring your motorcycle and take a couple of our Day Trips through the mountains. 421TheSnake.com
