We have rooms and rental homes available for the weekend. It is great fun! So give us a call 423-768-2446 to spend the day on the water! Oh yes, don't forget your bathing suit! The water is usually about 75 degrees!

Watauga Lake Cleanup
Lake and shore line clean up will take place.
Two registration sites
Registration begins @ 8:30am.

Carter County site is Fish Springs Marina @ 191 Fish Springs Road Hampton.

New site for Johnson County is Little Milligan boat launch located off hwy. 321 and Moody Road.

Trash Bags and gloves will be provided.

Have fishing nets and long poles? ... bring them.

Have a boat? ... we would appreciate them bringing them.
Celebration picnic to follow clean up @ Fish Springs Marina around 3:00 pm. Food, prizes and entertainment by The True Grass Band will be provided.
Bringing lawn chairs, as seating is limited.

Your Innkeeper, Vikki Woods, welcomes you to pay us a visit even if you are just passing through the area. Anyone who comes to the top of the mountain enjoys a chocolate chip cookie from the bottomless cookie jar and a glass of fresh mountain water which comes from a well 605’ deep in the mountains. Bring a jug and take some home with you.

Our Policies
Please note we are a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY to protect our health and satisfy our insurance policy.
Per our insurance policy, no candles are allowed in our rooms. They will set off our fire alarm system.
Cancellation Policy: Entire reservation will be charged if cancellation is less than 10 days prior to check-in date, unless the room can be rebooked. A processing fee of $30 will be charged for cancellations made ten days or more prior to check-in date.
Early departures and no-shows are responsible for the cost of their entire reservation.
